Ceremony for issuing appointment letters to Graduates and Diploma holders for the recruitment of Grade 06 to 11 Science, Maths & English Teacher – 2016

315 teachers (Maths- 86, Science – 152 and English – 77) have been newly recruited to the education sector of the Northern Province. These 315 Graduates and Diploma holders have faced the interview with practical test for the recruitment of for Grade 6-11 Science, Maths & English subject which was held on 18th of June, 2016 at the Ministry of Education, Cultural Affairs, Sports & Youth Affairs, Chemmany Road, Nallur.

The appointment letters were ceremonially issued by the Hon. C.V. Wigneswaran, Chief Minister of Northern Province, Hon T. Gurukularajah- Minister of Education, Cultural Affairs, Sports & Youth Affairs of the Northern Province, Hon. Members of Northern Provincial Council , Mr. A. Pathinathan, Chief Secretary, NP, Mrs. Rubini V. Commissioner of the Provincial Public Service Commission, Other Secretaries of the Provincial Council and Mr. R.Raveenthiran- Secretary of the Minister of Education, Cultural Affairs, Sports & Youth Affairs at Conference hall of the  J/Hindu Ladies’ College, Jaffna today (01.07.2016) at 11.00 a.m.

Provincial Director of Education, Zonal Directors of Education and other officers of the Ministry and Department were also participated in this event.
