71st Independence Celebrations held at Ministry of Education
71st Independence Day celebration was held on 04th February 2019 at the premises of the Ministry of Education, Cultural Affairs, Sports & Youth Affairs, Northern Province.
The National flag was hoisted by the Secretary of the Ministry of Education, NP Mr. S.Sathiyaseelan and the officials of the Ministry of Education and the Zonal Education Office, Jaffna also attended the ceremony.
