Secretary of the Ministry of Education, Cultural Affairs, Sports & Youth Affairs, Northern Province Mr.R. Raveenthiran participated as the Chief Guest and awarded certificates to the students who have completed their courses.
Additional Provincial Director, Zonal Director of Education-Thunukkai, Center Manager of PVTC and other officials were present at this event.
