Bullock Card Race was held on 03^rd October 2015 at Mannar “Karukaai Kulam”

This event was organized by Government Agent Mannar & Bullock card organization committee Mannar with the sponsorship of Cultural Department, NP & was held on 03^rd October 2015 at Mannar “Karukaai Kulam” .

Chief Minister of the Northern Provincial Council C.V Vigneswaran participated as the Chief Guest.

Provincial Minister of Education Hon.T.Kurukularajah, Provincial Minister of Fisheries Hon.B.Deniswaran , Provincial members ,Provincial Ministries’ Secretaries & Director of Cultural department also participated.
