Opening Ceremony of Provincial Information and Communication Technology Education Centre (PICTEC)
Provincial Information and Communication Technology Education Centre, Northern Province declared open by Hon.V.Rathakrishnan, State Minister of Education on 12th November 2015 at Marukarampalai, Vavuniya.
Opening ceremony chaired by Mr.S.Uthayakumar, Provincial Director of Education, organized by Mr.M.Thayakaran, Manager, PICTEC and Mrs. Anton Somarajah, Zonal Director of Education, Vavuniya South.
Mr.V.Sriskantharajah, Zonal Director of Education, Vavuniya North, Officers from the Provincial Dept. of Education, Divisional Director of Education, Omanthai, Teachers and Students from Vavuniya district Schools also participated in this event.
This center is useful for Teachers and Students and other Education Staff to develop their ICT knowledge.
