Opening Ceremony of Science Laboratory - J/ Osmaniya College
This two story Science Laboratory for J/Osmaniya College was built and furnished with the financial assistance provided by the United States Embassy in Sri Lanka. This funding and support is a gift from the people of the United States of America to the people of Sri Lanka.
The opening ceremony was held on 22nd of November 2015 at 11.00am. This building was ceremonially opened by Her Excellency Samantha Power United States Ambassador to the United Nations with His Excellency Atul Keshap United States Ambassador to Sri Lanka and Maldives and Justice. C.V.Wigneswaran Hon. Chief Minister, Northern Provincial Council with the presence of Hon.T.Gurukularajah Minister of Education, Cultural Affairs, Sports & Youth Affairs, NP and Hon.Aiyoop Azmin Member of Northern Provincial Council.
