"Play and Learn" Book Release for Preschool Teachers

Early Childhood development unit of the ministry of education, cultural affairs, sports & youth affairs Northern Province were published a teaching guide book “Play and learn” for preschools teachers on 21st March 2016. Hon T. Gurukularajah- Minister of Education, Cultural Affairs, Sports & Youth Affairs of the Northern Province graced the occasion as the Chief Guest and Mr. R. Raveenthiran, Secretary, ministry of education, cultural affairs, sports & youth affairs northern province , Ms.Karthi.S,  Representative of UNICEF,  Dr. J. Rasanayagam, Senior Lecturer, University of Jaffna Mr. Sundaram Divakalala Executive Director of ARUTHAL as Guest of Honours. These events were held at the Conference hall of the Ministry of Education, Cultural Affairs, Sports & Youth Affairs, Nallur, Jaffna.

Hon. Minister of Education, Cultural Affairs, Sports & Youth Affairs released the book, and secretary, Ministry of Education received first edition of the book “Play and learn”  from Hon. Minister.

Ms.  Jeya Thambiah, Assistant Director of Early Childhood Development Unit and the Officers from the Ministry of Education , Department of Education, Zonal Education Offices were also participated in this meeting.
