The Chairman, Governor Appointed Procurement Committee on behalf of the Ministry of Education, Cultural Affairs, Sports and Youth Affairs, Northern Province, now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for  Lease Based Assignment consists of financing, developing, owning, operating, maintaining and removal of solar power electric generation facilities on the rooftop on the schools located in Jaffna, Kilinochchi, Mannar, Mullaithivu & Vavuniya District, Northern Province.
